“Name This Fear ....”

What is its name? When does it surface? How long does it rain? What fear is swallowing you? How do you deal with fear? Do you name it? Do you rebuke it? Do you shun it? Do you send it to a drawer? Do you tell your closest friends? Why would fear walk each step you take? Do you lay with it, sit with it, crawl with it, climb with it, stumble with it?
Do you name the fear that paralyzes you? How long will it trap you? Is anyone watching the fear that surrounds you? Has anyone asked what he or she could do to help you with the fear?
Who would carry some of that fear for you if you just trusted to give it away? Would you want more than one or five people to understand the name of your fear? Should someone take notes about you describing the name of this fear? Can anyone tape the versions of fear, is it on schedule or late?
Is fear published in your memoirs, albums, or journals? Is it first person, second person or is it published by an unknown author?
How many barrels of fear have you carried over 10 yrs? Do you label the barrel? Do you need to go to an outside source that can protect and secure the names of this fear you have?
Would you want fear to flee? Would you pray that it flee? Will you charge someone to carry the fears half the distance for you?
There must be a way to run from the fears? Where can you hide and will it find you? You will know your fears when your life has an itch!
Fear does have energy. It has volume. It has a dominion. It has proportions. It has a face. It has a name. What you need to do with it is what counts!
You hear me.
What ever the feeling of fear is that you experience you bet your last dollar you can either hold the last dollar or even let the last dollar be spent!
Fear will and can stop you right when you think you are heading somewhere. It will interfere at times with plans, closures and relationships.
The cheap expression for fear that I have is that every size of it has formed me but when I decided to do something about it so it would not get in my way then the fear lost its power , it's direction , it's intention etc ..
Nevertheless, as we most know sometimes we are gazing at the fear that is controlling our loved ones, our children, our relatives. If we could only remove it from them! If just in a flash, it could disappear and not return. If our lives can be changed from bad to worse and the propelling force is that fear is in the way; then what is the answer.
Kick the fears to the curb! Toss the secret language from fear to the ground, jump, and stomp it out! Take any fabric in both hands and tear at the hem to shred the wounds of fear until there is a just piece of thread remaining!
It works for your benefit to name the fear. It serves no bearing weight or purpose to hide it or defer it or to deny it. The energy it speaks can turn every part of your life inside out.
Have you made up your mind yet?
Name the fear and slice it to nothingness - you will be happier that you did and breathe deeply that you decided to!
Peace

(I pray that my children will come to saying the fears that they have been placing in drawers for far too long and what all the while has been taking up too much space when it was put there)

I carry with me their hurts and wounds. The sorrow they feel and the
misunderstandings they have I am able to tell them. I make these concerns and facts known! God must have wanted me to be the one who was
capable of hauling around their fears, after all, it is not mine but I can name
it.
